Shipping Rates within New Zealand

All orders are shipped via New Zealand Courier Airmail  or NZ ParcelPost (large items) and in most cases require a signature before being released therefore we CANNOT ship to P O Boxes.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you have an enquiry regarding the delivery of you order please contact us directly on info@bluedragonfly.co.nz

All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only if the item/items are faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of item being received for a return.

Replacement of the faulty item or store credit (minus shipping & handling costs) will be issued once we have received it back. We DO NOT issue refunds.
