Conditions of Use

The following terms and conditions may change from time to time. It is your responsibility as a viewer/customer of this website to keep yourself updated with this information.

 

Pricing

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (12.5% good and services tax). We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time without prior notice.

Out of stock items

If at the time of ordering one or more products are out of stock you should be prompted to remove these items from your cart however some items may slip through the system. If this happens we will contact you immediately and advise you of your options.

Returns

We will not accept returns on any item if you simply change your mind. If you happen to receive a faulty item please contact us within 7 days in which case we will offer you either a replacement item or store credit (minus shipping costs).

Shipping

All items are packed and shipped via New Zealand Couriers. We do our best to ensure items are packed as securely as possible but occasionally things do get damaged in transit. Please follow the instructions of our return policy for any damaged items you receive. We take no reponsibility for any items that go missing in the mail and cannot be recovered.

 

Specials

Any items that go on special will do so for a specified amount of time as detailed in the product information. We reserve the right to limit sale items to certain quantities and remove any sale item from our site before the expiry date for ay reason without notice.

Coupons

Occasionally you may receive coupons for discounts, free shipping or other promotions. To redeem these coupons you must place an order through our website and enter the coupon code when prompted during the checkout process. There may be rules and restrictions that apply to certain coupons. These will be detailed on the actual coupon and should be read carefully before redemption.
